Introduction
Nowadays, the hotel industry here in the Philippines has flourished very well and the main reason behind this is because Filipinos love to travel. The hotel business contributes greatly in the Philippine economy which gave many businessmen a reason to start a business in the hotel service industry. The owner knew that they must administer excellent services to give satisfaction to their customers just to give them the total relaxing experience. The qualities of services are the heart and soul of this business. Manual systems are part of the normal practice in many hotels, in which they just take basic information from the customer. Manual calculations take more time-consuming because the cashier just adds up each item by calculator and write the total onto order slip with a carbon. Manual inventory turned out to be slow and inaccurate information that resulting problems like wrong computation, no rooms available, and time-consuming. Many hotel owners seek a solutions streamlines in every aspect of operations and addresses every segment of industry – from quick service to excellent hotel services. Manual systems to computerized based system. It is evident that Advanced Point of Sale System for hotel will fulfill the needs of hotel owner, it is very useful where a manual operation is time-consuming and information’s are not accurate.

Because of that, the proponents came up with an idea of advanced point of sale system for Hotel Payment. This advance point of sale will fulfill all the needs of hotel owner for their hotel. This system is possible to increase the sales of the hotel;
