Joseph Mpalang How does the planning function of management contribute to achieving organizational objectives within your chosen industry? The planning function of management contributes to achieving organizational objectives by having a set goal for your employees to reach and show them that you appreciate them by giving them an award once the objectives are reached whether it is an award of some sort, a raise or promotion. By giving your employees something to look forward to, this motivates them to do better by putting forth full effort to claim that award.
How does the organizing function of management contribute to achieving organizational objectives within your chosen industry?
The organizing function of management contributes to achieving organizational objectives by showing your employees what need to be done in an organized manner. It shows that you know what you’re doing and that you are serious about your job. By being organized not only gives your employees knowledge to do their job right but also sets good example for them, which leads them to being successful in their job.
How does the leading function of management contribute to achieving organizational objectives within your chosen industry?
The leading function of management contributes to achieving organizational objectives by showing your employees that you can lead them in the right path. By leading your employees, also shows that you are putting effort in contributing to their success. It also shows how serious you are about your job and maintaining goals set within your company. By leading your employees, you are giving them knowledge to do their jobs right.
