The chain of innocent lies continues their boss report to their boss so far and so far. Some of those leaders do not care whether if the completion of training requirements were according to the right standards.
Then there is no option but to report compliance with all requirements because reporting a noncompliance could mean a career killer in some instances. This new “compliance” culture has created an environment that leaders are forced to “lie “to some extent.
How the United States Army, a so-called “institution of excellence,” with a long and proud heritage, with values, and traditions has allowed this type of acceptable behavior while still hypocritical promoting “integrity as part of their culture?
