Flag Of America Informative Speech
What are my thoughts about the flag of the United States of America and what does it mean to me as a citizen of this country? The flag comes across to everyone differently and people have different levels of respect for it. The flag to me is a sign of our freedom, our country’s history, and of different views.
The flag is a sign of our freedom that we have. It is our freedom to those who have served under, to those who died under, and to those that desecrate it. I know this because even though it represents our country people are not being punished for desecrating it. No matter how you feel about the flag it is a symbol of your freedom as an American citizen. Your freedom, as a United States of America citizen, is represented by the flag of the United Sates of America. The flag will always represent your freedom as long as you’re a citizen of The United States.
The flag is a sign of our country’s history because every part of it represents our flag in some way. There is thirteen stripes which stands for the original thirteen colonies. There is also fifty, five-pointed stars that represent the fifty states. The flag consist of

The people who defend the flag are those who are patriotic, and will do whatever it takes to keep that flag as our flag. These people will do whatever it take to defend our flag even if that means that have to give their life for it. The people who desecrate it are those who feel like they have not been treated fairly, and are protesting it. They feel like if they protest the flag by desecrating they will be treated fairly. These people are not willing to defend that flag. There are also those who doesn’t really feel strongly for the flag or against it. These people are typically the bystanders or the people who ignore these protests and riots. Although there are all kinds of view about this flag, every view is a sign of their
