1. Overview:
Caleb’s Kola is a drink that will revitalize the carbonated soft drink industry with its tasty new kola mix. Instead of using traditional unhealthy and unknown ingredients that are hard to define, Caleb’s Kola provides people with a drink that creates value for people that are looking for a more cleaner, trimmed and delicate kola drink. This new Kola drink will do this by shifting in an entirely new direction using natural unprocessed familiar ingredients that are transparent and clear, a new trendy glass bottle that just looks cool while holding it in your hand with the new dark themed colors, and something that just tastes right with every occasion.
The Kola drink is made with the finest of ingredients by a passionate group of individuals that share the same love for the kola nut. This beverage is uniquely crafted for the consumers all in the spirit for the original inventor of the cola drink Caleb Bradham himself. In honor of
Caleb’s, this kola drink is meant to be authentic because of the history and great tasting.

2. Strategic Objectives
2.1 Mission
Caleb's Kola mission will be to provide consumers with a taste of an clean, original and craft Kola drink. We will have connections with our consumers by interacting with them on social media using hashtags and retweets, creating fun games and apps, and award our consumers with prizes.
2.2 Goals
● Achieve a goal of $10,000,000 in retail sales for one year. We could see this happening because of how big the market size is. Customers from the Cola part of the retail market segmentation by volume according to the mintel report consume about 26.4 billion litres

of soda. With new trends emerging from the carbonated soft drink industry we see our drink fitting in perfect because of the values it provides.
● Expand into more United States cities and our channels. Through the use of channel intermediaries we can sell our products to wholesalers, who will in turn sell them
