Field Experience Summary Within the variety of administrative activities for the Practicum A and B, I feel that I have leadership qualities that will enhance a school. I had the benefit of working along side different personalities of my administrative team. Each person has their own strengths and weaknesses. I can only hope that when I become an administrator that I can work with people compliment each other to function as an unstoppable team.
