Examples Of Complaint Against Judge Mark Gross
I am filing this complaint against Judge Mark Gross .He presides at the Los Angeles Superior Court ..,in Los Angeles County in Dept 2 D.

I have spoken to one of your workers by the name of Enjolie and the problem I'm having with this judge is that there's a conflict of interest .He handled a case involving a friend of mine and I had to take out a restraining order against her husband. Their names are Debra Webb and William Webb. her husband and the judge our good friends they golf together and do business together as well . I was told by her husband William that I would never get my children back. William Webbs's wife Deborah Webb has made a a complaint with this board as well.
My first day in court Mr Gross was very mean to me he did not let me speak and he allowed an attorney to represent my sons father in New York . I thought that maybe he would need a California

Webb knew that Mr. Gross was my judge. I would like to see if I can change judges in this case because he's biased ,he's rude, and I don't feel like I'm going to get a fair result with him as my judge. Plus it appears that he doesn't know a lot about family law he did not even know what a MC031 form was

He did tell the attorney that he he was not allowed to practice in the state of California unless he had a duo license and had contacted the California State Board to get permission .that attorney proceeded to say well you let me represent Mrs. celentano for the last three hearings Mr. Gross's response was well she didn't complain about it then
Please get back to me as soon as possible my son has been separated from his sister he's 10 years old and she's seven years old and every time I go to court with the gross never listens to my case he yells at me and then another six months goes by or three months where I have to re-prepare my paperwork and get it love a court hearing this is taken away from precious time that my children should be spending together they have been separated for

DISSCUSSION: Justice Sutherland delivered the opinion of the court. They said “a defendant should be afforded a fair opportunity to secure counsel of his own choice.” The court also determined that the defendants were not “defendants were not accorded the right of counsel in any substantial sense”. When the court appointed the members of the bar from the area he knowingly denied the defendants their right to counsel. Paired with the poor indefinite charge to get the defendants counsel with their…

Television shows such as, Law and Order and Aly Mcbeal have forced me to perceive court as a grand building with a large staircase and marble floors. A novice to the court system, I was unpleasantly surprised to find out just what court was like. The lack of free parking and immense amount of eight dollar parking in downtown Atlanta gave me an initial feeling that it was going to be a day of hassle and inconvenience. After realizing I was not on an episode of “Special Victims Unit,” and there was not going to be sudden dramatic music, and many “I objects!” I settled in, and watched the unassuming traffic violations unfold. Therefore, contrary to my expectations, I found myself in a laid back environment where competence is deemed unimportant to the judges, lawyers, and employees that I encountered.…
