Compare Hollywood’s depiction of a dynamic teacher to Rose’s portrayal of Jack McFarland. What do such charismatic teachers offer their students personally and intellectually? Do you see any disadvantages to classes taught by teachers like these?

To start with this subject we should take a look at history, schools have big influence in our lives, in some countries schools are known as student’s second home because children from early age attend school to gain different experiences from school and studying there. They learn how to socialize with others, how to be helpful and also get help from other people.
Teachers are the most important people in our lives, they have a great influence on us. Dedicated teachers spend their life time doing the best they can teaching and helping students to build their future. Important characters that we know through history weren’t born smart they had dedicated teachers who had helped them through the journey of gaining knowledge and creating a bright future for themselves. Teachers have a promise to keep toward students for the rest of their lives and usually our teachers are mostly dedicated because they love to help students gain knowledge. In the dangerous minds movie it is basically showing the chaotic atmosphere of the school where the principle doesn’t care about the student and how they act, nothing is in order in the school but they lie to the teachers that students are passionate and challenging. They employ uncertified teachers because they just want to get more money over their classes they don’t care about that they might do harm to students and their families because usually when families sign their children up in a school they trust the school’s principle, staff and teachers, but some schools just take advantage of this trust. But I believe some teachers are angels sent from heaven they help their students settle down and improve their studies and make a bright future for them. The teacher in the movie faces a big issue dealing with the students of her class they are lawless they don’t obey class room’s rules so in order to catch their attention and try to make the way of their thoughts which was because of a that their pervious teachers just left and they thought that teachers and school principle does not care about them, so she applies different strategies on her class. As she studies her student’s behavior she can see they are pretty aggressive so she comes up with the idea to teach them karate and she was pretty successful with it but even though school’s principle know that she Is trying to make a change in her class but they stopped her. She tries to bring their student’s attention towards poetry, not any kind of poetry the kind that makes them interested, and fits the way of thinking. She is tries hard to bring peace to her class but she faces so many difficulties because school doesn’t cooperate with her and help her out. She gets really involved with her students that she can’t handle it emotionally anymore which is not a good idea for a teacher because as a teacher they can’t cross some lines in order to keep the relation between students and teacher a healthy relation. The same situations appeals to rose’s teacher Mr. McFarland, at the age of twenty six decided to start teaching and as rose explains in his story he decided to teach his heart out. Regardless of the school’s situation he can successfully grab student’s attention towards English literature and poetry which as an example we can see the big influence he had on rose’s life that he had a big change in his life which barely happens to anyone, he turned from an average student to a hard working student. McFarland established a literacy club and invited all his students to join it so they can gain more knowledge and learn more about English literature. He helped his students to decide about their future career and help them through reaching it, which brings the example of rose that while he couldn’t get admission for
College so he helped him through it and suggested that he could be a writer which we can see that with his help rose turned to be a successful person.
I can never think that dedicated teachers can do any harm to students.if students are smart enough they can use the teacher’s experiences and knowledge for their own benefit. Some people strongly disagree with the fact that the dynamic teachers get involve with students and their lives but I don’t really mind because this fact has helped so many students and saved them from big troubles. Sometimes it is good to have someone who cares about students, it gives students the courage to keep improving their knowledge. Dedicated teachers do whatever they can to help their students moving on and reach highest level of studies. The only disadvantage that these teachers might have to the class is that students get use to the particular teacher and might affect them emotionally and might have bad effect on their studies.

To put everything in a nutshell teachers can also be a bad influence well which Is very few percentage of teachers are like that because I believe for someone to be a teacher have to be sure that he or she is ready for a big responsibility,,being a teacher was never an easy job so in order to do this job in the best way possible they have to be responsible for how they act around students.it is really important to show a good manner around students because after their parents ,teachers have the greatest influence on them.

For ancient time, teachers have played an important role in society. Behind every successful person, there is a teacher. Nowadays, both parents are too busy earning money because of the high living expenses, so the teacher is expected to build a strong moral character and provide emotional support for the students. To achieve this, by the definition of John Lembo who is the author of “Why Teachers Fail,” has four qualities: (1) “he can engage students in an open and trusting relationship by his capacity to listen and accept; (2) he is skilled in the use of different diagnostic, planning, facilitative and evaluative procedure and is knowledgeable about their limitations; (3) he is experimental in his general attitude toward identifying and providing appropriate learning conditions; and (4) he can look at his own beliefs, feeling and behavior openly and can find ways to make them more constructive to himself and others.”(Lembo) Dewey Finn is a substitute teacher after he gets fired from his own band in School of Rock. At the beginning, he accepts the job by pretending to be his best friend Ned Schneebly who is supposed to be the substitute teacher of the prestigious prep school, Horace Green. Finn eventually turns the outstanding students from Horace Green to a group of rockers. The process is adventurous, meaningful and touching. However, He meets the four qualities of a competent teacher which are definite by Lembo. He promises a trustful relationship with his students; he finds out what his students’ talent and does not waste it; he brings rock to the class and teaches his students what they cannot find in a proper pre-school; and he is awareness of his own mistake.…

Although many teachers are great, the number of apathetic instructors has dramatically increased over the years. An educator of this specie is extremely dangerous, for they can burn out the light of the youth, and can spoil their curiosity. To exemplify, Miss Caroline from Harper Lee’s, To Kill a Mockingbird is extremely detrimental to her free-spirited student scout. In one particular instance scout claims, “Miss Caroline Fisher found out that I could already read, and this upset her. She wanted to teach me to read herself, I guess, and I think it disappointed her that I already knew how. So she got made at me!” (Lee 19). Teachers like this are the main contributors to corruption in the educational system and must be eradicated.…

One of the many authorities who have contributed a model for what schools should be is Robert L. Ebel. According to Ebel, knowledge is the single most significant and most important goal in the education of children. In his article “What are schools for?” Ebel answers “that schools are for learning, and that what ought to be learned mostly is useful knowledge” (3). He builds this declaration in answer to trends in education that focus upon other aspects of learning in schools. Ebel states in the beginning of his article, that he does not assume schools should be social research agencies, recreational facilities, adjustment centers, or custodial institutions. (3). While he does not deny that our nation is currently wrestling with a dreary array of social ailments, he does argue that the answer to such problems can or should lie within the jurisdiction of our schools.…
