In these days, people have become more conscious about their feeding skills and their health structure accordingly, many people has a vegetarian diet and other many has a diet which contains meat. Both diets have special properties. For instance, in a vegetarian diet people do not consume meat products which were produced by animals. However, in a diet which contains meat people do not eat meat. Meat products have multiple vitamins that help to improve the health structure of a person because of this, diet which contains meat healthier than the other diet. There are several reasons why people choose vegetarian diet instead of diet which contains meat or exact opposite.

The first and most important reason to people choose vegetarian diet is that vegetarian people’s thinking skills are different from other people who are in a diet which contains meat. Most of the vegetarian people are big animal lover and mostly of them raise a pet. Vegetarian people value to animals rights and they don’t support to putting them into the cages to waiting their deaths and charging them with really harmful hormones just for more tasty meats. On the other hand, people who are in a diet which contains meat, think distinctly from vegetarians. They are just care about how tasty is the meat and those people do not care animal’s rights. Because of the differences between a vegetarian person’s mind and a person’s opinions who is in a diet which contains meat, people choose being vegetarian instead of being in a diet which contains meat or quite the opposite.

Another reason to be a vegetarian or being in a diet which contains meat is that people pay attention to their appearance and healthcare nowadays so they need to eat more protein, less carbohydrate. People are going fitness centers, parks for running and they are interested in many sports because of wanting to be healthy but those activities are not enough to be a healthy person. People need to meat in order to be bonny and they need to consume the necessary vitamins and proteins from meat. However, in a vegetarian diet people cannot be as healthy as other people because of not eating meat and not provide the necessary proteins, vitamins for their health. Consequently, desire of being healthier most people choose to not being vegetarian.

The final reason to choose being vegetarian instead of being in a diet which contains meat is that the environmental reasons. To give an example, lots of the fast food companies -as all people know- they use meat nearly in their whole products. Also, they are bringing up their own animals with destroying forests and replace forests, natural places with live stocks. This treatment causes the increment of the deforestation. For sure, vegetarian people do not support the decreasing of the forests and natural places so they prefer not eating meat products. In addition, many people are happy with being vegetarian because they know what they are doing for the environment. All things considered, vegetarian people attach importance to environment so they are choosing not to be a detrimental person to the world.

To sum up, vegetarian people and other people who are in a diet which contains meat have many different opinions and habits. Vegetarian people are standing behind the opinion of protecting environment and animals; others are not pleading any opinions like that. However, even vegetarian’s ideas are true, a diet which contains meat provide a healthier life for people with necessary vitamins and proteins. Furthermore, even if people cannot obtain the necessary vitamins and proteins their immune system will be less durable and they will be unhealthier than people who are in a diet which contains meat.

Vegetarianism is the principle or practice of excluding all meat and fish, and sometimes, in the case of vegans, all animal products (such as eggs, cheese, etc) from one's diet (dictionary.com). Albert Einstein said, " I think the changes and purifying effects that a vegetarian diet have on a human being's disposition are quite beneficial to mankind. Therefore, it is both auspicious and peaceful for people to choose vegetarianism." Over the past few years, eating meat has been a majority choice, but people are unaware of how harmful meat actually is to the body. Although this is true, vegetarianism is a better alternative and should become universal for the good of animals, the environment, and also the human well- being. The effects of meat are immense. Cows, pigs, etc. who are raised for meat are slaughtered carelessly with no chance of living. These innocent animals are slaughtered only for one selfish purpose. While many grains are produced throughout the world to feed the cattle, soon to be slaughtered, there are many starving children begging for food. The final reason to become vegetarian is simple. The many health benefits vegetarianism offers is beyond imagination.…
