In this Environmental Analysis, I intend to scan for all relevant factors by brainstorming. Some of the factors I will consider come from the PESTEL analysis. These factors are political, economic, social, and technological factors. I’ll include legal and environmental also. First, we will look at the political climate in the area. Some factors like, are there any organizations opposed to our business being in this area, like churches, or nursing homes, or schools. Then we will look at the economic environment and analyze to see if will are in the right area, can consumers afford our goods, and if our price structure is affordable. A social analysis must be observed also. In this context we will judge whether the public is aware that we exist, and if our company is respected and will be utilized by the consumer. Technology plays a big part in the services we provide also. Innovations like cell phone apps and other forms of media to advertise and let people know we exist and are open for business. Looking at the environmental aspect is another factor that we incorporated. From this aspect we elaborate on how the company philosophy and what the image of the company will portray to the public. Last, will measure how the legal aspects will support or hurt our company. For instance, topics like how licenses for those workers will be acquired and maintained. In our organizational analysis we will design the Leadership or Management structure. It will consist of a Human Resources Department, a Scheduler, a Supervisor and the workers. Human Resources will coordinate hiring, firing, and how all of the legal aspects are handled. The
