After Hannah’s retirement, Ike being the owner has struggled in his first two years owning and managing Hannah’s Ice Cream shop. Ike’s employees found him difficult to cope with and describing him as cold, uncommunicative and short-tempered working with them. Ike would also criticize employees in front of other employees and customers for causing small errors/mistakes when working. He felt that this was correct as; after all, they were young students that needed to learn the worth ethics of a business world functioning. Employees slacked by not putting in effort and reacted in many ways, all in which being negative: showing lack of initiative, being disrespectful to their boss (Ike), and showing up late for work. In addition, Ike disrespected and used inappropriate language towards an employee by calling him “stupid”, while there were clients in the shop. By committing wrongful deeds, customers left and an employee quit. The company lost money as it was expensive and time consuming to find and train new employees. Another problem in the business was financial records; revenues were low seventeen percent and profits had fallen twenty two percent. He cancelled weekly improvement meetings, the monthly picnic for employees and their families, and employee’s bonus program since he felt they no longer were affordable. He was afraid of losing Nafeeza since he knew she was critical to the success of his business by managing and operating the shop. Lastly, Ike was irresponsible for not delivering the advertising copy to the local newspaper. After Hannah’s retirement, Ike being the owner has struggled in his first two years owning and managing Hannah’s Ice Cream shop. Who is Abigail Williams? is she a liar, a witch or is she really just an honest soul trying to prove her innocence? Some people could relate to Abigail, but those people are probably the liars and cheats of this world. Abigail Williams is one of the characters that made the least number of changes in The Crucible. Near the middle of The Crucible Abigail continues to lie about the situation and the people she blamed. Then in the end Abigail remained the same and vanished without a trace.…

PRO: "...No system of justice can produce results which are 100% certain all the time. Mistakes will be made in any system which relies upon human testimony for proof. We should be vigilant to uncover and avoid such mistakes. Our system of justice rightfully demands a higher standard for death penalty cases. However, the risk of making a mistake with the extraordinary due process applied in death penalty cases is very small, and there is no credible evidence to show that any innocent persons have been executed at least since the death penalty was reactivated in 1976... The inevitability of a mistake should not serve as grounds to eliminate the death penalty any more than the risk of having a fatal wreck should make automobiles illegal..."…

Ike Telloni always wanted to start his own business; he completed a Commerce program at the University of Ottawa and later moved on to work for the Waterloo Ice Cream Company. Ike worked at the company as a sales representative and then a regional marketing director but after working there for ten years he wanted to find a job where he could be close to family. So he bought a business that was for sale in Elgin Beach’s main street called Hannah’s Ice Cream. This forty year business was an icon in the town, everyone loved it and reason for that was because of how Hannah (the owner) treated her employees, she made sure they were happy at work and listened to what they had to say. However once the business had landed in the hands of Ike things started to go downhill, revenues and profits were down and the employee turnover was very high. This was because the employees did not work well under Ike’s management method; they found him to be very unfriendly and hard to work for. Being overwhelmed with all the work Ike promoted Nafeeza Shafie, an employee of five years to assistant manager. Hearing about the competition Ike was facing with the new ice cream shop opening up he approached Nafeeza and asked her to create a marketing plan to win over the town on Canada Day. Nafeeza worked hard and did as she was told and created a whole campaign to get the attention of the community, she had asked Ike to submit the advertisement to the newspaper but he forgot and as a result Hannah’s Ice Cream had nothing to do for the Canada Day celebration letting down the community.…

I love action movies and war movies, especially war movies. Intense scenes and twisting plots are featured within most war movies. The lives of soldiers will always be a strong story line. Now, there is one more film to add to my favourite movie collection, TAMA TU directed by Taika Waititi. We all know how war movies go: Guns, bombs, planes, tanks, medical teams and refugees. Blood, pain and death are essential. But this film is different from other war movies I have seen. Does it have better sound effects? A special twisting plot? I don't think so.…

January 18, 2013, Friday, we went again to Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) to watch dance sport competition. In that time, I thought I cannot watch the dance sport anymore because I forgot my identification card (I.D). Thanks be to God that I’m with my classmate in high school that is current student of PUP so the lady guard gave me a chance to enter the gate. Here we go, when we went to the gym of PUP a lot of students of RTU are there with their full support also with the other schools. When it’s started, the competitors were all amazing. And at the end, the RTU Blue Thunders announced as the over-all champion of SCUAA-NCR 2013. From 2005 to 2013, RTU Blue Thunders have their 9-Peat…
