Drunk Driving Observation
On the listed date, while on patrol, I, Officer Rivera Ayala, was traveling W/B on West Corbin St. when I observed a vehicle described as a red Chevy Trail Blazer with No registration. I activated my emergency lights and conducted a traffic stop at the listed location.

I made contact with the driver and advised her of the violation. Driver stated that she had a permit in her vehicle, but the permit kept falling off. Driver was able to provide the permit for the vehicle (1739591). A computer check through dispatch showed driver to have a cancelled Drivers License.
Driver stated that she was not aware of her DL being cancelled, but that she would call for a ride if she had to. Driver was able to get Assoc. to drive Drivers vehicle. Driver
