Dress Cod Procedure: Defining standards for employee dress and personal appearance while on duty with the Company X in order to establish and maintain a PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE. Employees should strive to dress appropriately for the work performed in a court environment. This policy will supplement Pinal County Policies, Procedures, and Rules.

Company X has established an office dress code which must portray professionalism and ensure proper representation of the Judiciary Branch and Pinal County. The general public frequently forms its initial impression of professional credibility solely on employee appearance. - Sleeveless style shirts/dresses are permitted and the strap must be larger than 1 inch. Please use your discretion to determine if the top is professional for a court environment and not a tank top style shirt. UNACCEPTABLE ATTIRE: - Athletic or exercise clothing, sweatshirts and hoodies.
- Tennis shoes (except on Casual Friday. Vault staff are permitted to wear tennis shoes M-F)
- Visible foundation/undergarments
- Flip flops (Except during permissible times).
- Jeans or Denim of any kind (except on Casual Friday)
- Shorts, skorts, mini-skirts.
- Less than 1 inch thin-strapped dresses unless worn with a sweater, cover-up or jacket over.
- Tank tops, tube tops, halter tops, racer-back tank tops, sheer or braless clothing, low cut tops, spaghetti straps, display of midriff or under garments.
- Hats, beachwear, flip flops (foam or rubber soles), sport sandals, and beach sandals.
- Tee shirts with or without screen prints, logos, slogans, any type of printed messages or graphics (including sports teams or cartoon characters).
- T-shirts are only permissible when a separate e-mail is distributed by Management for specific time periods (Sports, luau, etc.)
- Extremely baggy or tight fitting
