Stress experienced by college students When you’re a student you can get stressed out very easily, over homework or even studying for a test. It doesn’t matter if you are young or old, stress is an emotion that tends to strain the body.
Younger students who maybe in high school most likely will be stress over homework and test at some point in their young teen lives. What they don’t realize is that most of their responsibility’s their parents take care of, paying bills and taking care of the house hold. Which is normal for high school students.
When you become a young adult and you live on your, have a job and maybe some children, you have all those responsibility’s to take care of yourself. That is when you really know the experience of stress as a student in college. You have bills, a job, children, and friends and it’s hard to joggle all of that and still do what needs to be done to pass school. Like homework, studying for test and exams will be very stressful. If that isn’t stressful than I don’t know what is, you would have to manage it well enable to not get stressed out. College combined with busy everyday lives can cause anxiety, insomnia, also change in appetite or sleep patterns. Some of these causes can have a strong impact on how you manage as a college student. College students who experience stress may want to seek help so that they can feel better, because it can get real difficult to manage on your own. There are many ways of getting some help to manage stress the right way because it can be very serious. If you are a student in college that is struggling with stress maybe it would be best to talk to someone so that you can get the best out of your time in college without the struggle of stress.
