Musle stenght:
Muscular strength defined as the ability of a muscle /group of muscles to contract with maximal force. Muscular strength describes how strong a muscle is or how much force it can exert. Exercise professionals often measure muscular strength by determining the maximum weight a person can lift at one time.
There are 2 components to gain muscles strength;
1) The neural component (short-term).
2) The hypertrophic component (long-term).
The nureal componnat that enhance muscles streghnt are:
(1) Recruitment of additional motor units for greater force production,

This means that Type I (slow twitch) fibers motor neurons that are small in size and have the lowest threshold are innervated at the onset of the contraction, followed by the mid-size motor neurons, and finally the type IIb (fast twitch-glycolytic) fibers motors neurons that are large in size if necessary.
- Contraction of slow twitch fibers is easily achieved, however the contraction of the fast twitch type IIb fibers is very hard to achieve. So both the slow twitch (type I) and fast twitch (type IIa and IIb) are recruited to cause a contraction dependent on the external force. To gain muscle hypertrophy that occurs at its greatest level in the type IIb fibers, the external force must be great enough to recruit the type IIb fibers. The significant evedince of resistance training is This increases in both Type I and Type II fiber hypertrophy.

It describes how long you can sustain a given type of muscular exertion. One way that fitness professionals measure muscle endurance is by determining the maximum weight a person can lift 20 times consecutively. Athletes can build better muscular strength and endurance through resistance training. Resistance training is also referred to as weight training or strength training and can be done with measured weights, body weight, or other resistive equipment (i.e., exercise bands or exercise balls). Resistance exercises stress the body’s musculoskeletal system, which enlarges muscle fibers and improves neural control of muscle function, resulting in greater muscular strength and
