The essay provided also uses examples of these situations and may include a solution to an issue you may have later. |

Great customer service is derived from experience, good communication skills, listening skills, problem solving, and a good attitude. You need to build relationships with your customer, be responsive, and emphasize value not a price. All of these qualities are necessary to become customer-centric.
The Right attitude is something that needs to be addressed on a day to day basis. One day you might not have had a good start but when you are in the presence of a customer you should always ask “how they are doing today?” When they respond they will almost always answer “good and how are you?” Your answer should be something like well “I’m doing well today”, even if you’ve had a rough week. You need to be friendly to the customer and try to build a connection or relationship with each and every customer if you want them to continue to buy your goods or services.
Great customer service is not only built on your attitude, but your understanding of a customer’s needs. Customers are your key to a successful business without them there isn’t a market. Understanding their needs when they come into your facility is important, have a conversation with them get to know what their likes and dislikes are. This way you have a better understanding of what they are looking for and how you can help them find it. This also shows the customer that you know what you are doing, and you are there to satisfy them in any way possible. Also
