Summary
Joseph Tanney, a Senior Account Manager and Architect at Wolinsky & Williams, has been assigned as the team leader to accomplish a high priority project by The Executive Director of Operations. Team Members included on this team project is Rosa Denson, Cheng Jing, and Simon Mahoney.
The purpose of this task is to generate a proposal for the streamlining the antiquated blueprint generation process. Not only are Mr. Tanney and his office doing the project, but other office are producing one, for the reason that each office is at different stages of computerization and with different teams preparing different technologies for particular tasks.Overall, this is making everything more complex, for the reason coming from collaboration to revisions to cost and time management, and is having a severe impact on the company.
Before the meeting takes place Mr. Tanney sends out an email, which the group members need to print out and have on hand.
Mr. Tanney then starts the meeting with the group, once the he starts talking complaints start to fire up between the group members. One member complains about school finals and holidays, another complains her mother-in-law, and the last one complains about how this never worked before and may not work this time.
Overall, the meeting was very hectic and nothing was accomplished. One member walked and the others somewhat followed saying that they do not have time for this project. The actions taken from this meeting did not go well and Mr. Tanney needs to reassess the situation and do something about it.

Joseph Tanney is a Senior Account Manager and Architect at Wolinsky & Williams. Prior to this position Mr. Tanney received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Masters of Architecture from Ohio State University. He is a licensed Architect who is a teacher, critic, and a guest lecturer for different universities. Mr. Tanney has worked in the offices of Gwathmey Siegel and Associates

    We also communicated with each other when we had questions. I decided to take on the role of putting our final presentation together.
