Our society is a machine that runs off of the working class when people come out of school many people go straight into the machine hopefully knowing where their place is. Students in schools are taught together in large groups all in the same style and all the same information so that everyone has a level playing field. Conformity teaches you about fitting in a working society, and individuality teaches you about being yourself and not blending in too much with the crowd. While cooperating in a working society can help deflate uprising problems, getting used to changes, and completing work fast and easy, it can also make your personality go from special to bland. Trying too hard to get along and do work can allow you to get used to getting walked all over. This is when individuality can give you a personality and stand up for yourself in these situations. Individuality can offer many things such as creativity, confidence, and inspiration. Just as conformity is, individuality has some cons also, such as distraction, false hope, and too much of an egoistic personality. Both have pros and both have faults, but conformity and individuality work together in different ways to make a person who he or she
