Dear Charles,
I was lucky enough to receive the order from you on Tuesday, June 26 since I had to leave the country that noon; however, there are few concerns regarding to this order that I would like to address.
As appears in our email forum, the order was agreed to be delivered by Thursday, June 21. There were hesitations from you about the delivery date since it was close; but in the end, you stated that it was possible. I would love to extend the delivery date but it was needed since the crystal glasses were meant for wedding gift. Unfortunately, the gifting couldn’t happen because we didn’t have them on time. Also, after unpacking the boxes, we realized that two of the glasses were broken; they were misplaced. Furthermore, I specifically asked the glasses to be monogrammed with a G in Old English lettering but all of them turned out to have a C in block lettering.
I respect our partnership very much and I do hope that this incident is once in a lifetime. For the sake of our business, I wish you could reorganize the system so that we could all increase our service’s quality.
For the wrong monogramed glasses, I do count on you to figure out some way to fix them. I would be more than happy if you want them to be shipped back.
