By signing this document every member of the group has read, understood and accepted every rule on this document. These set of rules are created by participation of the group members.

1. Duties
a) Perform duties with honesty and integrity.
b) Do the given task on time.
c) Try your best to work as a team.
d) Share ideas related to the topic even if they feel that it is a simple idea.
e) Bring information from reliable source to prevent time losses.
f) Avoid any kind of plagiarism.
g) Notify the whole group about any updates.
h) Check e-mails frequently.
i) Abide the rules of the workplace (The Coventry University)

2. Attendance
a) Attend the meetings on time.
b) Come to the meetings with ready with the necessary information.
c) Illness
a) The Member is excused if he bring an official letter from the doctor
b) Any other document is not signet through the doctor is not accept and the member will be record as an absent through mint time
c) Boots Certificate is not accepted.
d) The task will be done by the other member, but will be given more task for the next time to apply fairness.
d) Travel
e) Inform the group
f) If it’s Possible attend the meeting through the Skype.
g) Keep In touch with group through (Phone, Phone message ,Email and other social media )
h) Do the task, you are not excused.
i) Send your decision through the university email with your Signature.

e) Lecture
a) Arrange with group about any lecture clash with meeting time
b) Ask about the meeting if didn’t attend the meeting.
c) Read the mint time to know what agreed and not agreed.

3. Ethics
a) Keep personal relationships outside the workgroup and treat everyone as equal colleagues.
b) Alcohol consumption is not permitted during the meetings.
