Christopher Ten Pas Speech
I. Introduction
a. Thank you all so much for listening to me today as I introduce Christopher Ten Pas to you.
b. Did you know that there is a club for people who have been to all fifty states, called the all fifty club? Only 15 people from Wisconsin are a part of this club. Chris could be the 16th person from Wisconsin to join this group.
c. Today I’m going to introduce you to Chris.
d. Chris. He loves to travel, loves God and his family, and he wants to be successful.
II. Body
a. Chris loves to travel.
1. He has visited 48 out of 50 states. He hasn’t visited Alaska or Hawaii. He’s on his way to getting into the All Fifty Club.

He is family orientated and wants to settle down a create a family after God, all while loving his family that he already has. Including his two younger sisters, Hannah and Ella, and his parents.
3. Right now, Chris is double majoring in Biology and Criminal Justice. He hopes to become a forensic science technician for the FBI, but his backup career is to be a missionary and share the knowledge of God with others. ii. Although Chris has a backup career, I’m sure that he will become a science technician for the FBI because he is goal-orientated.
c. Chris aims for success.
1. Chris defines success as “accomplishing what you set out to do”.
2. He desires success in sports but setting out to do the best he can in soccer.
3. He also wants to achieve academic success by getting good grades, finishing his degree in four years, and by being in the top ten percent of his class.
4. He wants achieve success after college by finding a good job.
III. Conclusion
a. Christopher Ten Pas. He is an adventous, family oriented, and goal-setting Christian, who will be the sixteenth person from Wisconsin to join the All Fifty Club.
