The SWOT Analysis which is also called SWOT Matrix, This analysis is a structured planning method used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats involves a business venture. Albert Humphrey is credited for the creation of this technique. The Cheesecake Factory is an very successful company. In my research I found two companies that have conducted SWOT analysis on the Cheesecake Factory.
