“With the information generated, discussed and analyzed from the spreadsheet, we’ve come up that the partners and the agents should focus on the project name entitled Eau Claire South. The spreadsheet shows that most of the customers want to live a this place base on the total square footage for the home. Some of the customers of the real estate does not regards the number of bathrooms and bedrooms although some required to have it. But then, if will analyze the figures, Eau Claire South is the best for the customers from the price they bought the house up to the area of the house. On the succeeding housing development (Phase 2), the agents / partners should focus both on all the area(area, style, number of bathrooms and bedrooms) that the customer wish to have as they want the new house. ”
