In WWYD the bike thief I learned that humanity can be very racist and sexist. "Then again she's a girl" shows that the man was sexist. With the white man only two people tried to stop him in an hour. With the black man instantly everyone tried to stop him because of stereotypes. With the white girl not many asked if she was stealing it and even one man tried to help her and got the bike off while his wife called the cops on him and the girl. My prediction was that they would all try and stop to stop the white guy but I was wrong. My prediction for the black guy was that they would stop him right away and I was right. My prediction for the white girl was that they wouldn't even ask or that they would help and I was right. Overall humanity is
In a clip it showed a black woman fall in a waiting room of a hospital and nobody would help her for hours and by the time someone did it was too late. A higher up business woman falls over and a woman calls 911, everyone helps her up, everyone helps her immediately. A man falls over and a woman goes by and prays, and a man helped him. He said "what if that was you?". In another clip in Washington a homeless man was beaten and he even fell and hit his head on a car but nobody helped him for nineteen minutes and by the time help arrived it was too late. They set up the scenario with a homeless looking man with a beer can in his hand and nobody helps, eighty eight people passed by and then finally Linda Hamilton tries to help him. She asked people to call 911 but people just ignored her. After around twenty six people passed by a woman calls for help. She took his beer can and threw it away and gave him a name, she named him Billy. A man even put cardboard under the guys head as a pillow. Even after the cameras came out she was still asking him if he was okay. Overall humanity can be cruel to homeless people and we need to all be kind to each
