Career Plan-Reflection Paper Things do not always come out the way they are plan, a plan is necessary to have a goal to reach. I currently have a plan in which my goal is to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. During my journey I encounter many obstacles that had second guessing myself about the roads that I had selected. Until recently I asked myself if I had chosen the correct career. The Career Plan Building Activities in addition to this course was a strong reinforcement that indeed choose the right career for my person. With the Career Plan Building Activities I gain a better knowledge of my capabilities. The result gave me a better insight to my person, knowledge of the areas that I excel professionally, and the areas in which I need improvement. This course was also an asset to my professional career, understanding the types of communication is important. It is also important to differentiate between audiences to establish the correct style to deliver successfully a message. In conclusion I think that both the assessment and the course were important for my career plan. It is necessary to have a good understanding of the type of people we are to know if the chosen career will work. Not all individuals are the same, and it is necessary to understand our strength and weaknesses to find the best way to overcome obstacles in the way.
