In our life today, computer is one of the many inventions that greatly affected our way of living. In fact, it is regarded as an essential tool in many areas including business, industry, government, sciences, education, school, home, and in almost any organization and establishment that exists. It can perform operation and process data rapidly, accurately and reliably and by using these machines, spending a lot of time and effort in doing certain task is minimized.
The implementation plan has been developed to support the strategic plan of the Attendance Monitoring System. The implementation plan will be amended and updated as new actions are introduced and as developments are implemented to the system. The system tracks the performance of employees regarding their attendance on a daily basis
Background of the Study The proposed system intended for Auto Precision Incorporate is an Attendance Monitoring system that will record the arrival and departure of the employee for more accurate and more organized record of employee to avoid redundancy of record. The Auto Precision Incorporate was established in 2009, located at M.L Quezon road Pines City Executive Village, Antipolo City, owned by Raul Arguilles. Their business is about selling automotive parts, and repairing vehicles.
System Overview
Attendance Monitoring System provides a foolproof solution entering an id number and name of employee for authentication with the use of a Develop program for input and affiliated with their payroll and provides efficient reports of the company. The system records details such as arrival and departure of employees besides monitoring their attendance on a daily basis.

The Auto Precision Incorporate is using a time card that sometimes causes changeable time; some employee can manipulate their own time.
