TITLE OF REPORT: HOW ORGANISATIONS PLAN THEIR RECRUITMENT.
1. Introduction
O2 is the UK’s network and Internet provider brand owned by Telefónica UK Limited. Its aim is to engage people to communicate by providing them a number of advantageous possibilities using technologies. With over 23 million customers O2 has the highest customer satisfaction for any mobile provider according to Ofcom. (http://media.ofcom.org.uk/) O2 defines its mission as to help people leave better:
• “We help people to live better: at Telefónica, we are convinced that, with our technology and services, we can help to improve the quality of life and the safety of consumers.
