Argumentative Essay On Police Brutality

Police Brutality What do you think when you hear about police brutality? It’s a social problem because many people don’t agree with the way police deal with suspects. Bad cops make wrong choices that cause violence but not all cops are abusive. I understand that some criminals resist on doing what they are told to do. The police have to do their job and control the criminal with force. If the criminal gets away then people will start complaining that the police didn’t do his job. If the delinquent doesn’t like to be held down with force then he needs to obey the police’s orders.

The interpretation that I got from Piñata Rodney King was that it’s so unfair how five L.A.P.D officers were against one African American.
People on social media and on the news have made people believe that all cops are savages and they are bad in general. They say how rude they are, they abuse their power, don’t have respect, and they are racist. I got to say that some people are right in some cases. It’s pretty wrong how they are treating citizens like they are nothing. It’s causing violent riots and protest. Police do what they want to do since they work for the government, giving them power and even sometimes protection. Police brutality should be stopped because it sad how innocent people are getting beaten for the smallest things ever. People have the right to think and say what they want but not in a harmful way. This is why both sides are wrong because cops need a better way to approach citizens in a nicer better way. People have to respect them because they work for the government and they are also trying to create a safer environment for citizens. My opinion is that not all cops are abusive. Some cops are really nice people. If you disobey them they will stop you but it doesn’t mean they will harm you. If you treat them with respect they will you respect you right
