Argument Vs Counter Argument

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, the word "argument" means "A statement or series of statements for or against something," or "A discussion in which people express different opinions about something," or "An angry disagreement." I completely agree with these definitions, except there is more to the word that may be very hard to explain. the word argument is an abstract word, meaning it is an intangible thing. No one can hear, see, touch, smell and, or taste an argument, However, when people hear the word argument or experience an argument, they begin to feel, think of ideals, grasp unexplainable concepts and understand certain qualities.
Authors may use an argument to explain themselves while displaying a series of statement for or against something. They bring up facts, logical arguments and emotional arguments to help the audience better understand their concepts. Many times, authors may bring up counter arguments and argue it themselves to prove the audience. These counter arguments that are won and given a counter solution help answer the audiences' questions.
In class or in seminars hat many students attend, debates take place to deeply discuss important and urgent topics. The debate is a series of questions and answers and challenges challenged to discuss am certain topic. The arguments thrown at each other help the two sides of the argument to help bring attention to the points they are making.
Lastly, an argument can be as simple as the events that occur in our everyday lives. Disagreeing with parents, having a confrontation with your frenemy, or even having a simple yet heated up argument with your best friend are all stellar examples of explaining the word argument.
