The girl without talent
Rockefellers, Rothschild, and Mountbatten are some of the world’s most influential families, but they all tremble in fear of one at one name: Kardashian. The Kardashian dynasty has become one of the most influential groups in modern day America. Spearheading this Klan’s (sic) drive is the one and only Kim Kardashian West. It was devastating to hear that my dream was “completely unrealistic” (Nell. Par.

    Kwtk Social Model

    • 681 Words
    • 3 Pages

Noise is the barrier between the receiver and understanding; hard to understand accents, faulty cellular service, and not-so background background noise are variants of noise that interfere with comprehension. In KUWTK, communication is often misconstrued due to voice tone or mannerless behaviour; which fits into to the type of catty drama narrative that reality tv shows thrive off of. The social model of communication fits well into this diva-esque television series. Throughout 14 seasons, the Kardashian clan molded their image using their family theatrics as a base. What makes the Social Model of Communication more effective than Shannon and Weaver’s model is that the former recognizes nuance, tone of voice, and the situational dynamics that make up social interaction. In the Kardashian empire, each family member deals with their own universe of ideas, philosophies, and behaviours that naturally conflict with their kin.…
