1) In a virtual meeting, how can you ensure a group is communicating effectively?
To ensure a group is communicating properly and effectively it is important to interact and engage with the group members throughout the meeting. By acknowledging members it makes it easier to make sure that everyone is communicating effectively and interacting well.
2) How can you ensure that each team member understands what the next steps are required to achieve the meetings goals?
To ensure that each team member understands what the next steps that are required to achieve the goals it is important to go over the steps with them and have them ask any questions that they might have. Make sure that they sound and feel confident when moving forward. Make sure that there is plenty of time for questions regarding the next goal.

Objective: Discuss salesmanship, customer service and lastly go over the end of day details
10:00 a.m.: Begin meeting by and take attendance
10:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Go over proper salesmanship and correct ways to make a sale
10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.: Discuss the proper customer service techniques that should be used
11:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Go over the proper way to close down the store at the end of the day
11:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.: Question and answer time
11:45 a.m. to 11:55 a.m.: Recap everything that was discussed
11:55 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Close out the meeting
