ASG-KU Contracting: A Case Study
Gentlemen/ladies,

This morning during the ACC-KU contracting meeting this requirement packet was discussed by CPT Boling. However, establishing the way forward must be addressed. CPT Boling has verified that this requirement packet was CRRB'ed and validated on 20 Jan for $345K. However, ASG-KU Safety has raised the price to $389K IOT address non-compliance matters (i.e. safety issues).

MAJ Sepulveda/RM Team, the challenge is establishing the proper ownership for payment of this requirement. Also, there's another packet# 2L15-1040 CJTF Building Expansion and SCIF will fall into the same category but, at this point has not cleared the CRRB process however, collectively establishing away forward now IOT alleviate challenges in the future.

However, last year, issues have arisen on getting those signatures in a specific time frame; thus the physician employment statuses were delayed for a few months due to this problem. This project involved giving some advices to improve the efficiency of the physician employment process through various IE concepts that she has learned, including,…

According to FAR 2.101 the definition of a bundled contract or bundling refers to the consolidation of two or more procurement requirements for goods or services previously provided or performed under separate smaller contracts into a solicitation of offers for a single contract that is likely to be unsuitable for award to a small business. What this really means is that contract bundling happens when two or more contracts intended for small businesses are combined, making it difficult for a small business to complete. An example of a bundled contract would be a single contract that includes building maintenance, janitorial, laundry, food and ground keeping service that were at one time separate contracts. Most of these contracts could be awarded to a small business but when combined together the small business is unable to compete. Some of the reasons why a small business might not be able to compete according to the FAR include:…

    Case Study: KPMG

    • 1091 Words

One of the problems that I noticed that KPMG faced is the lack of sufficient space for all employees in the company. Where KPMG is located on the fourth and fifth floor of HSBC Bank, only two floors for more than 100 employees are considered inadequate, and that is what we were experiencing as trainees and we noticed that some staff was suffering from this. There are no offices dedicated to each employee and there is no privacy at work, and I think privacy is required because staff spend long hours in their offices. It would be better if the company's location was changed to another location so that it was broader and more efficient for all employees. The limited number of tables and chairs is bad and the employees will not feel that they can do the required work if…
