Numerous factors influence the approach of every organisation at attracting the right person for the right role. Market analysis – the analysis of the economic factors influencing the business is at the base of the organisation strategy in order to attract the right candidates. The correct analysis not only will help understand what kind of candidate the company will need (part time, agency workers) but it will also help identifying the selecting criteria needed (multinational companies may need to look for multi­language speaking employees) Organization Culture – A known culture of employee engagement and an ability to promote professional growth, will be able to welcome a wider amount of talent or applications for a position EVP (employment value proposition) – the acronym includes the sum of the rewards and benefits for employees in the workplace.
