10 Questions with Pop Rocks
Pop ROCKS is not just a band; they are a HIGH ENERGY LIVE MUSIC SHOW that plays the BIGGEST DANCE PARTY HITS made to fill the floor! PopROCKS brings you the best of today’s hottest hits, 80’s rock, throwback hip-hop, and timeless classics all mashed up and delivered in a PARTY ZONE format! Pop ROCKS is what you get when you combine the music of a DJ, the theatrics of a Broadway musical, and the live energy of an Arena Rock extravaganza! Band members include The Rev, J-Bone, Saint Andrew, Dizzy E, Angel ,Kalliah, and DJ EnFuego (Poprocksrocks.com/band) 1. Where is home for Pop Rocks?
Rev-We are based out of Minneapolis. Our individual homes however are all throughout the metro area. If you take a compass and draw a circle we are all around.

2. How did the band get its name, Pop Rocks.
J-Bone- A crazy guy with a beard. He names turkeys outside in his back yard.
DJ-Really, there is a guy with a beard that names turkeys and he started the band.
Angel-You think we are making this up, you can’t make this shit up.

3. How did the band form?
Rev-The guy with the bread and I played together and wanted to do something with our music. J-Bone and I are the only “original” members from when we started.
J-Bone-Yeah and now it’s a must that we both are bald.
Rev-Yea, it started off with friends of friends who wanted to preform but then it became other musicians that wanted to join.

4. When did the band form?
Angel-7 years ago.
DJ- No it was 6 ½
Rev- Well our first show together was 7 years ago on St. Patrick’s Day.
Angel-Yea up in the Cities.

5. Does the band travel together then?
J-Bone-Yes
Angel-We try to be environmental friendly. Rev-That and Kalliah here doesn’t have a car. Kalliah-Heeeey 6. What is a typical week like? How many shows a week do you do?
Angel- We all have full time jobs. Plus we do two to three shows a week.

    There are many advantages and disadvantages when it comes to plea bargaining.
