Everything around us has an influence on our health. We see the new I phone coming out on T.V and its corrupts us to go buy it. As soon as we buy it we cant get off of it cause we want to know everything it can do. We start downloading apps and taking pictures , lets not forget texting all our friends. Well, my point is this, as we sit around on our phones it has a huge effect on our health. We gain weight cause we rather spend the day inside on our phone than out side. Also, we lose sleep
