On November 5th 1872‚ Susan B. Anthony‚ a suffragette‚ did the impossible. She marched up to the voting booth in Rochester‚ New York and tried to place a ballot for Ulysses S. Grant election of 1872. She was arrested before she could place the ballot into the voting booth‚ but this courageous act created a huge growth and push for The Women’s Suffrage movement of 1920.
