ABSTRAK PT Dirgantara Indonesia (DI) adalah perusahaan pembuat pesawat terbang yang telah mengalami jatuh bangun selama beberapa tahun belakangan ini. Penulis mencoba menganalisa mengenai kejatuhan PT. DI yang dibatasi sejak kegagalan PT DI dalam proyek pembuatan pesawat terbang tipe N-250. Penulis pada awalnya menjelaskan latar belakang masalah-masalah yang dihadapi oleh PT. DI sejak kegagalan proyek pembuatan pesawat terbang tipe N-250 hingga saat mengalami masa vakum sejak 1998 hingga 2009.
