Oliver Cromwell Oliver Cromwell was born on April 25‚ 1599‚ in Huntingdon‚ England. Cromwell studied law but did not graduate from Cambridge University. His parents were wealthy and influential in Huntingdon but in the seventeenth century the family´s fortunes declined.
