Social Work shadowing Shadowing day at Rees House Intake Team 09/06/11 The intake team consist of approximately 25 Social Workers‚ (not enough SW) and 2 Team Managers (not enough TM). Duty is everyday and each SW will be on duty for 2 days and team meeting once weekly. Referrals that come in can amount to up to around 30 daily.
