This co-ed stunt is preformed when the base holds the flyer by her waist‚ tosses her into the air‚ and catches her feet with one arm that is fully extended. Note: Top girls are usually petite‚ and bases are usually very strong. Cheerleading can be very dangerous. When trying new things‚ always be on a spring floor and have a trained coach spotting.
