    importance of obeying orders and regulations when given to you by an Non Commissioned Officers. When given a order by a Non Commissioned Officer it is to be presumed it is a lawful order. If it is not that is the only time you may refuse to do that order but you must be tactful on how you say that you refuse to do that order. If you do not obey the order or regulation that is given to you by th Non Commissioned Officer it falls under disrespect and it is very disrespectful to not obey the Non Commissioned
