A discourse community is essentially a group of people that aggregate together at a time when their interest may meet. I’m a member of an immoderate number of discourse communities‚ as are others I’m sure. Interestingly‚ when I mull over what community I can say I find most attractive‚ there is almost no confusion on which community that is.
