    My particular approach to classroom management is to keep things in order and to provide a safe‚ comfortable classroom environment for my students. All students will be treated equally. Students will have a list of rules and guidelines to follow. Students should feel comfortable in their learning environment. A comfortable environment will allow the students to actively participate in class activities and discussions. I feel that it would allow students to open up and express their ideas openly.
