Since my brother was turning 21‚ we got the visa 2 weeks before his birthday. I had to leave before his 21st birthday otherwise he couldn’t come with our family visa. If he had turned 21 before the visa‚the other option was for my dad to come to US and file another visa for my brother which will take about another two years.
