On Sunday at 1400 I was given a random command room inspection. I failed that room inspection because I had food left over from the night before and my gear not locked away in my closet. Due to failing this random room inspection I violated article 92 failure to obey a lawful order or regulation. As a sailor living in the unoccupied housing I am held to the minimum standard of living in the barracks.
