Even though many people don’t want Internet censorship, the Internet should be censored for three reasons. Internet was developed and used since the 1960s. Today it has over a few billion users, and a lot of them are children, so that makes it more needed to censor webs or images on the Internet. First of all, inappropriate pictures on websites are not suitable for children. The images on the internet have many things children have never seen before, so new images could damage a child’s mind and totally change their thoughts, furthermore, children could also be influenced instead not by their parents or friends but the pictures or articles on the Internet. They could do dreadful things to the society, school, as well as on the Internet. Secondly, articles or videos could be insulting or offensive to a specific group of people or the people of a country. Religious offence could be taken, in addition could even have a cosmic effect on the society; it could even start political issues or even wars. On the date 30 September of 2005, a Denmark cartoonist posted a few images on a public web on the Internet of Muhammad (meaning the face of Muslims). The Muslims discovered those cartoons, and it was really offensive to the Muslims, and it was a religion that they would never come up with that or draw it. So then the Muslims started targeting the government of Denmark, and bombing religious or important places of Denmark. The final reason why Internet Censorship should be allowed on the Internet is to block images and articles that are fake, and tell lies. People of the society usually want to go over there limits by trying to do the impossible, but the fact that many images and videos are photo shopped and posted on the internet, this makes the people want to try those actions and eventually they would get physically damaged or mentally damaged.
