The Writing Process

Why is it important to follow a structured writing process with all writing projects?
It is important to follow a structured writing process with all of your writing projects because it gives all of your thoughts and ideas a guideline to follow. Without having a guideline to go by you are just free-writing and throwing all of your ideas into one big pile. This can confuse your audience and they can quickly lose interest in your point of view. When your writing is structured it allows you to make sure that everything in your writing not only relates to the topic, but also to the readers who will read it. Having a properly structured paper also helps for you to be consistent with your approach to writing, and it is much more professional.

For my final assignment paper I have chosen to write about two macronutrients – fats and proteins.
I have chosen this particular topic for my final assignment paper because I would personally like to learn more about these two macronutrients. I’m very interested in becoming more familiar with the individual aspects that come together to make up a person’s complete well-being. Another reason that I would like to learn more about fats and proteins is because I’m trying to become healthier in my own life. I need to start somewhere and I believe the best place to start is with what I’m consuming on a regular basis. I would also like to know just how these macronutrients affect my body and fit into the balance of overall health.

I try to stop when I feel like I am writing the same thing over and over or if I feel like I just need a break. Most of the time, if I feel like I am writing and it is really bad, it is because it is and I need to take a break and come back to it later. Working on it in pieces normally works well for me, to break it up and take it a little bit at a time. I normally struggle when I do not like what I am writing about or when I run out of information to put in my writing. I…

Carbohydrates, proteins and lipids are identified as macronutrients. The carbohydrates, proteins and lipids are all sources of energy for the body to function. When insufficient macronutrients are received the individual would become severely fatigue, and acceptable to chronic diseases. To keep the adequate amounts of macronutrients is important to maintain being healthy. Every cell in the body has protein, when not consuming enough protein the body will have difficulty functioning.
