Accessibility for the photo booth requires that there are no stairs or obstacles that will make setup and delivery unachievable. It is the responsibility of the client to notify Smileloop of any such obstacles, so that Smileloop may determine if delivery and setup is achievable. In the event that the client, and/or a third party willing to represent the client wishes to help in the delivery and/or setup of a photo booth, Smileloop is not responsible for any injuries resulting from such action.
A 120V electrical outlet will be available or made available.
The client will ensure that the appropriate size table is provided to Smileloop by the venue at which the event is held.
Client will be responsible for any malicious damage done to the photo booth by any of their clients and/or their gue st. Such damage will be determined by attendant and constitutes the following: damage or malfunction of equipment including camera, printer, CPU, and any wires housed inside the photo booth, damage to castors and/or wheels, permanent, indented scratches
