McCook Christian Church, I would first like to thank you for taking your time to read my letter. My church, Valley Christian and our leader Brent Montgomery is giving two of our youth a chance to go on a mission trip to Romania from May 23 to June 2! Karli and I are both very excited to have been given this chance to be able to make a huge difference in the lives of the children we will encounter on our journey. I am sending this letter out to you today to ask for your help in making this trip for us possible. On our journey we will seek children in the villages that may never be reached by the word of God. We will also be visiting children at the hospitals in hope to bring them along with the knowledge and workings of Jesus Christ, some hope for their future. We know that our trip will be long and hard, but as strongly as we feel in the work of God; it is going to be a very rewarding and eye opening chance of a lifetime for both us and the children of Romania. The total cost of our mission is $2,200 a piece which will support all that we will do and our entire trip’s needs. The trip is with ‘For God’s Children International’. We are putting on fundraisers to also try and help us, but with your help we know that our trip can be successful and we will also know that we have your prayers and support.
