Things I do not like about people around me
Loading one's dream on his children
One of my distant relative uncle is civil overseer in government job. He is leading his life normally as ordinary government employee. He is active in our society and gives his input in social activities. He has
4 members happy family with one son and one daughter. He respects elders and loves younger. So, I like most of the items of our Overseer Uncle.
But, his strong future planning towards his son and daughter is strange to note. He has already decided that he will turn his 10 year son as civil engineer. In addition to that he has further decided that he will find ways and means to induct his future engineer son in government job. He proudly announces his planning in the family in the social gathering in his office and elsewhere. He has also decided that his 8 years daughter will be a doctor. Without giving a single thought about likes, dislikes and aptitude of his children, he directly instructs his children in his line of dream. Sometime he enjoy calling them by engineer and doctors.
In this way our overseer uncle has unilaterally loaded his dream on his 10 years son and 8 years daughter. I really think he needs to watch the movie " 3 idoits thrice!!!

Rich Animals of My Area
Our locality has people with varying wealth status. Some people are living in rented rooms and use public transport. Some people have house and use public transport. Some people have house and vehicle of varying standard. Normally it is expected rich people to be more civilized than poor people.
But the reality is opposite. In most of the community welfare activities like cleaning campaign of the locality and helping of needy, the ignorance of rich people is common. One day, when the road cleaning campaign was going on in our locality, a rich neighbor of our area passed from that road in his costly jeep - Prado GX costing about 2 crores. Suddenly, road cleaning

Individuals who are in poverty are more likely focused on the physiological l needs out of the hierarchy pyramid. My case study is sourced from BBC documentary, toughest place to be a bin man and is about a man called Imam Syaffi. Syaffi is 28 and lives in Indonesia with a monthly income of £78 by working six days a week from 6am to midnight as a rubbish collector and running extra errands for his wealthy neighbours as well as sorting and selling recycled rubbish. Imam lives in a shanty village with his wife, son and parents and their home is near to the mini landfill where Imam’s rubbish that he collects is transferred to a bigger landfill but it rarely does. Imam’s wages cover rent and small amount of food. Other luxuries are what Imam finds in the rubbish such as used shelves, mattresses and chairs. Imam’s home is a giant health hazard as the rubbish near his house causes disease and encourages mosquitoes, flies and rats to infect the village, himself and his family. However, Indonesian government don’t supply health care like in England causing Imam to risk the possibilities of catching malaria, streptobacillosis or worse. Imam’s influences on poverty make him choose to supply the physiological needs of paying rent and food than constantly supply ways to protect his and family’s health and pay expensive medical bills. Also, Imam finds it hard to provide healthcare for his family because upper classes can easily call authorities to make him unemployed if he isn’t doing his job properly if he needs to take the day off to take his wife to the hospital. However, Imam’s secret shows that he sneakily shows the upper-class that his cart is broken and unable to work by pulling out a tyre so he can take an occasional day off for the family. Also, Imam’s dedication to provide for…

First of all, the government should help and train homeless people giving them a new job as long as they are physically able to do the work. This will be helpful and increase for the economic situation. For example, according to the film Waste Land, “These catadores lived and worked in the garbage, collecting and selling scrap metal and recyclable materials.”(Waste Land) This movie shows that homeless people can have a job, own a house, earn money and start a new life with the government’s helps. People can think this way that working in a landfill is dirty and even if I became a homeless person, I would not work in a landfill; however, in the movie, the…

In late-2009, US-based telecommunications company, Motorola Inc. (Motorola) and US-based mobile telecommunications network operator, Verizon Wireless (Verizon) unveiled a smart phone branded as 'Droid' in the US. Droid was launched at a time when Motorola was experiencing disappointing sales and was planning to spin off its mobile phone division. Motorola planned to arrest the decline in sales with the launch of the Droid. Powered by Google's Android 2.0 operating system, Droid was pitched against consumer electronics major Apple Inc's iPhone. Droid was promoted heavily using Verizon's marketing muscle. Verizon and Motorola had launched a US$ 100 million marketing campaign called 'iDon't' to promote Droid.…

As the theoretical base of this study, this chapter explores the monitoring systems for trainings authored and popularized by Kaplan and Norton(Balanced Score),David Bushnell(IPO Approach) and Elwood Holton III (Learning Transfer System Inventory). In spite of the number of available taxonomies in monitoring the quality of trainings, only three of the most commonly used frameworks will be discussed and used as a guide in developing a monitoring system for trainings. This chapter also covers the definition of terms used, rationale, characteristics, and elements of these frameworks. The terms monitoring system, topics and indicators have more emphasis in the discussions, as these concepts form the core of the study.…
